Use this form to report fraud, waste, and abuse of Metro resources to the Office of the Inspector General.  Please note that we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any information submitted via the Internet.  If you are not comfortable submitting your complaint through the Internet, we recommend that you submit your complaint via e-mail, letter, or telephone.  When reporting information to the OIG, be as specific and provide as much details as possible.  The more information you provide, the more thorough our investigations can be.
